Meet the Capos
Hi, I’m John John —and if we haven’t met yet, I hope that changes soon.
I grew up in an Italian family where the kitchen was the heart of the house. Sundays meant a big pot of sauce on the stove, the smell of garlic in the air, and everybody arguing (lovingly) over who got the last meatball. Some of my earliest jobs were helping my dad and Nonna make sausages—grinding the pork, mixing in the right spices, and learning that the secret ingredient was always patience.
When I opened the pork store, I wanted it to feel just like that kitchen—warm, welcoming, and filled with food made the right way. Here, we don’t cut corners. We use the good stuff, we take our time, and we make sure everything we sell is something we’d proudly serve our own family.
So whether you’re here for a fresh-cut roast, a hot sandwich, or just to say hello, know that you’re always welcome. Around here, customers become friends, and friends become family.
